Fractional Executive Services

This service is ideal when you needed help yesterday and want to hire an expert to steady the ship and chart a new course.

It’s also a fit for when you don’t need a full-time position or are working with a limited budget.  This would look like a part-time or interim leader to support your pricing work and partner with executives to create and implement your pricing strategy.

This is not a “one size fits all” service, but rather it’s customized to meet your goals and timelines.

The cost will vary based on your distributor's complexity and the scope of work you need.

Scott's distribution career spanned three decades in diverse leadership roles at the branch, region, and corporate levels. In addition to various field management roles, he held integral positions on two complex enterprise software implementations - an ERP and pricing optimization.  This sparked his interest in driving change at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

He's a frequent speaker and writer on distributor pricing topics. His passion is to help others achieve their goals faster

He is married with three grown children and lives in Colorado Springs. When he's not working, he enjoys the mountain life, golf and guitar.

Pricing Leaders are often new to pricing or new to the industry.

Or they’ve got a full plate of other responsibilities that limit their ability to drive change. They need more support to succeed.

They don’t know what they don’t know and would benefit from learning foundational concepts and industry best practices.
